Venue and Facilities Hire

The Friends’ School is a community orientated organisation that provides some of its facilities and venues for external hire.  These venues include The Farrall Centre (Argyle Street Campus), Hodgkin Hall (Commercial Road Campus) and our Bell Street Grounds.  Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions and relevant health and safety guidelines, we are currently permitting limited external hire or non-school related activities at our outdoor or indoor venues.  This includes external hire or non-school use only in The Farrall Centre and Bell Street Grounds. We require each external hirer to provide a COVID-19 Safety Plan and designated Safety Officer for each event on school premises.  Where indoor spaces are used, we are employing additional cleaning to comply with Public Health guidelines. Unfortunately, this additional cleaning cost is passed on to the hirer.
