Personalised Tours
Our experienced staff are delighted to provide individual and personalised family tours of the school campuses.
Primary School tours (Kindergarten to Year 6)
Various times available.
Tours are provided by the Head of Primary School and commence at 395 Argyle Street, North Hobart.

Middle and Senior School tours (Year 7 to 12)
Various times available.
Tours are provided by senior staff and commence at 23 Commercial Road, North Hobart. Tours will cover both campuses and focus on the Middle School and/or Senior School programs and opportunities.

Walker House (Boarding) tours (Year 7 to 12)
Various times available.
Tours are provided by senior staff and commence at 23 Commercial Road, North Hobart. Tours will cover both campuses and focus on Walker House and Middle School and/or Senior School programs and opportunities.During your visit to Walker House, you will experience our welcoming boarding community, explore the facilities, and learn about the daily life, care, and support provided to our boarders. You’ll also gain insight into the strong sense of connection, belonging, and independence that underpins the boarding experience.

Meet the Principal at Peppermint bay

Families from the Huon and Channel region are warmly invited to join us for an informal evening with Principal Esther Hill and members of The Friends’ School community at beautiful Peppermint Bay.
Whether you’re considering boarding or day enrolment, or are simply beginning to explore your child’s future education options, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about The Friends’ School in a relaxed setting.
Hear about our strong academic program, extensive co-curricular opportunities and the values that shape our community. You’ll also learn about the scholarships and bursaries available to eligible families, helping to make a Friends’ education more accessible.
Meet current students, chat with staff, connect with other local families and enjoy a welcome drink and light refreshments while your questions are answered.

Join us for a Primary School (Kindergarten to Year 6) Principal’s Tour. This guided tour is an opportunity to meet and chat with our Principal, Esther Hill, explore our Primary School campus, and learn more about our academic and co-curricular programs. You’ll also have the chance to meet staff, enjoy morning tea, and speak with our Enrolments team.

Our school tours are held during term time.
