Our annual 50+ Alumni Reunion was held on Sunday 25 February at the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania for those who are 50 years out of School or longer. This year we welcomed our new Principal Esther Hill plus the Class of 1973 as our newest cohort with a round of applause, while also honouring our most experienced alumni attending from the Class of 1949.
The gathering once again saw a full house, with 160 attendees coming from various parts of Australia to reconnect and reflect on their experiences at the Friends’ School, discussing how those experiences have influenced their lives. We were fortunate to have lovely weather and enjoyed a delightful lunch with a picturesque view of the stunning marina.
