(formerly GAP Activity Projects) is an international charity established in 1972 with the mission of creating safe and worthwhile volunteer work for school leavers before moving onto university. Lattitude provides opportunities for young people to make a positive difference to the lives of others. These opportunities involve providing volunteers with support to travel outside of their own community, in most cases to other countries, where they will spend several months assisting with care or educational projects.

Plan My Gap Year
Plan My Gap Year is an award-winning international volunteer placement organisation based in the UK. They provide safe, affordable, volunteer programs overseas from 1 to 24 weeks in 14 countries worldwide. Gap Medics is a specialist company dedicated to providing year-round hospital work experience placements abroad to students 16 years and over. Programs in Tanzania, Croatia, Poland and Thailand offer the opportunity to gain insight into the work of doctors, nurses, midwives and dentists before beginning clinical training.
