P&F Quiz Night – Thank you
The Friends’ School Parents’ and Friends’ Association would like to thank all those community businesses and families who donated towards the Quiz Night and Silent Auction as well as the School’s staff, volunteers, High School and Clemes students who assisted on the night and community members who attended. It was a fantastic evening and we have received a lot of positive feedback. Our primary aim of running community events is to give an opportunity for parents and friends of the School to connect the year, however, the coordination of these events also gives us an opportunity to raise funds that contribute towards the School’s Funding Priority List. Due to increased community engagement at our events this year, we are able to contribute an additional $5000 towards the funding priorities, providing a total of $25,000.
The School Shop will be closed on the final day of Term, Friday 29 September and for the school holiday period. The Shop will open for Term 4 at 8.00am on Monday 16 October on its usual schedule which can be found on the website here.
We would like to remind all families that the procedure to withdraw a student from Friends’ is to provide one term’s notice in writing, addressed to the Principal. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Enrolments Office on 6210 2286 to discuss.
